As I am living in the eastern part of the Hong Kong Island, I pick Hong Kong Trail (approximately 50 km) as my trail to train fitness, consistency and dedication. Ideally, I would walk the whole trail at least once a month. Hope to keep my time to completion below 9 hours on sunny days and below 10 hours on rainy days.
